I think producers need to know legal constraints because they need to look at who they are hiring so basically look at that their past, if they have had any trouble in the past based around legal constraints, because if they do not know these constraints they might hire someone who will completely mess up and cause trouble for the producer.

Copy right is if you own something, you have made it your self, you will sign something that certifies that it is yours and yours only, people may not use it without your consent, if they do, they may face court appearances, a fine and maybe jail time
Libel
Liable is if you make up something about someone that may effect them in anyway or cause harm to them.
Dapper laughs make a joke about rape that may not have been true, he targeted at a certain member of the audience, he said that she was "gagging for a rape"
Privacy
Privacy is if you invade someones personal space, by this I mean if you enter their personal life without their consent of doing so and also making remarks about that certain persons family or personal life

"In a video and online posts, Anonymous said the attack is retaliation for KKK threats to use "lethal force" against protesters in Ferguson, Mo." they also found out personal information about members of the Klukluxclan and are debating whether to release it or not
